Orders are confirmed once payment is completed (for online payment) or accepted (for Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
